We want to ensure you’re happy with your fitness experience and gear you receive, so we’re here to help!

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for shirts as we know sizing can be tricky and we want you to find the best fit. For an exchange, please follow the instructions below within 14 days of purchase/registration. All garments must be unworn and unwashed in order to be exchanged. To make sure you love your new shirt size, please view our size charts.

Inside the package, please include a note with the following info:

Full name

Mailing address

Email address

Shirt style you’d like instead (unisex or ladies cut)

Shirt size you’d like instead

Reason for exchange

Once we receive your package, we will send you a new shirt from the information noted in your package.

 

Returns and Refunds

Fitness Events:

If you are unhappy with a fitness event you registered for, you may cancel your registration for any reason within five days of purchase for a full refund. If you ordered gear with your registration package, all gear must be returned and received by RTE before we are able to process your refund. To request a refund, please contact our team at info@runtheedge.com

Gear and Apparel:

If you ordered gear at registration or from our online store, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. All shirts must be unwashed and unworn, and gear must remain in original packaging (plastic wrappers, etc.) in order to be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your package, we will contact you regarding your return and proceed accordingly.

 

Shipping Reimbursements

For both returns and exchanges, please note that we do not cover shipping costs to return items to our office. Our shipping fees cover the minimum amount required to ship the product to you, therefore returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.

If you are exchanging a product, we will cover the shipping cost to send you the exchanged item.

If you received the incorrect item due to our error, we will happily cover the shipping costs for your return/exchange. If this is the case, please contact our team at shipping@runtheedge.com prior to sending your package back to us.

For damaged or defective gear, please contact our team at shipping@runtheedge.com within 48 hours of package delivery.
