If you don't get the welcome email in your inbox, it is possible that you have un-subscribed from emails from us. To manage your subscriptions or re-subscribe to get emails see the article below:
You will need to follow the instructions below to resubscribe so that you get future communications from us. You can manage your preferences and only select the email types you want to receive! You can hear from us only when you want to :)
In order to re-subscribe to Run The Edge emails, please follow the following steps carefully.
1) Please go to this link - https://runtheedge.com/resubscribe-to-run-the-edge-notifications/
2) Enter your email in the email box provided.
3) Once you enter your email text will appear below the box that says: "Looks like you've opted out of email communication. Click here to get an email and opt back in." You MUST click this text!
4) You will receive an email from us titled: "Did you want to resubscribe to email from Run The Edge?" that will have a link to manage your email preferences. If you don't see it be sure to check spam (or the Promotions tab in Gmail).
5) This step is important! After clicking on the link in your email to update your email preferences you can either click on the 'Yes, resubscribe me button' to subscribe to ALL of our emails that you were previously subscribed to OR scroll down and unselect the unsubscribe button to specifically select which TYPES of emails you want to receive. The types will be greyed out until you un-click the unsubscribe box at the very bottom. Once you select the email(s) you want to receive, click the 'update email preferences' button at the bottom of the page.
If you ever want to manage those preferences you can always go back to the email you received or of course, click on the subscription settings at the bottom of any of our emails.
Once you resubscribe via these steps, you will begin receiving emails from us again!
