Premium Plans are for beginners wanting to complete the distance without a specific time goal.

Ultimate Plans are more challenging for experienced runners who want workouts to make them faster to achieve new Personal Records.

How it works: Your running training plan is laid out in a game board. In order to advance you need to accumulate points by completing assigned workouts. By earning enough points, you “level-up”.  

Your coaches, Adam Goucher, Tim Catalano, and Kara Goucher offer advice and motivation. As you get engaged in the game of your running training plan you accumulate medals for you efforts a you level-up.

How it’s different: If you’ve used a running training plan before, you’re working week to week which is OK at first, but going for the long haul can be taxing. With Level-Up you work at your own pace and advance. This matches your ability both physically and mentally.
