Shipping Reimbursements
Fitness Events:
If you are unhappy with a fitness event you registered for, you may cancel your registration for any reason within five days of purchase OR within five days of the challenge's start in the case of pre-registration for a full refund. If you ordered gear with your registration package, all gear must be returned and received by RTE before we are able to process your refund. To request a refund, please contact our team at info@runtheedge.com
Gear and Apparel:
If you ordered gear at registration or from our online store, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund. All shirts must be unwashed and unworn, and gear must remain in original packaging (plastic wrappers, etc.) in order to be eligible for a refund.
