See how many different activities you can complete and how many total miles (or mile equivalent) you can cover in 24 hours. Can you run, walk, step, bike, swim, hike, dance, yoga your way to your highest total mile day ever!?
Race Details
Fitness Finale
Starting at 12:01am MST on event day your goal is to do as many different movement activities in a 24-hour period. The activities can be any exercise or fitness activity you like as long as movement is involved. To track any movement that is not a GPS activity, please use 20 minutes of exercise = 1 mile. The goal is more about variety and number of activities completed than it is about distance and time. This is the ultimate cross-training day!
