Miles to the Max is all about pacing yourself. Set a goal, plan ahead, and figure out how many times you want to set out to move your miles during the 24 hour period. Do you want to do a lot of smaller mile segments or fewer longer mile segments. You decide. Either way, make sure your main goal is to have FUN and stay safe. Be sure to hydrate and get enough fuel along the way.

Miles to the Max
Starting at 12:01am MST on event day your goal is to log as many miles as you can in a 24-hour period. You can run, walk, step, or any type of adaptive movement if applicable, as many miles as possible during the event time frame. You can choose to do it competitively to achieve the highest miles in the lowest time, or just for fun and choose whether or not you want to post your time and miles or simply that you did it.
